Please note that as a general rule, we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience. In addition, in the case of initial defects or mistakes made by our company, we will accept returns after contacting us within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

We cannot accept returns in the following cases.

・If more than 7 days have passed since the product arrived

・Product that has been damaged by the customer, has dirt, fur, odor, etc. attached

・If the product has been tried on

・Products ordered by mistake

・Returns due to reasons such as the product being different from the image, larger or smaller than expected, or the wrong size.

・Sale items or outlet items

 

Return Shipping:

- If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with the return address and a code that needs to be marked on the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and you may use any shipping method you prefer.

- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for the safe return of your item.

 

Refund Process:

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

Exchanges:
